Three people charged with possession of synthetic cannabis for sale were remanded without plea at the Christchurch District Court today.
All three share an address in Avonhead. They were arrested as part of a series of police raids today and remanded by Judge Raoul Neave.
The three are charged with possession of a non-approved psychoactive substance with intent to sell it.
Martin Alexander Harris, 38, was remanded in custody to August 7 when police opposed his release on bail. No bail application went ahead, and he will make his next appearance by video-link from the prison.
Police did not oppose bail for Ronald Alexander Harris, 39, and Faith Lynn Lee, 21, were both remanded on bail to August 16.
